There are very few restaurants where you can eat Tarte Flambée, and there are very few delicious restaurants. I heard that they had a lunch course of tarte flambée, so I visited there for that purpose. The tarte flambée at a certain restaurant in Toranomon is also delicious, but this one also had a wide variety. Tarte flambée uses simple ingredients and is well-balanced. I think it's a simple, yet profound and difficult dish. The appetizers were plentiful and I thought the prices were very reasonable considering the location. I thought the pate de campagne alone was worth the price. The appetizer was definitely the star of the dish, and the emphasis on the appetizer matched perfectly with the volume of the tarte flambée. All of the desserts were made with great care and were delicious. Desserts could have been more expensive, but they actually felt cheap. The customer service was great and I learned a lot. If I have a chance, I would like to visit there at night as well.
The audience seats are on the second floor. In particular, the seats by the window overlooking Waseda Street are bright, and combined with the interior's predominantly white interior, it feels very light. I ordered Menu C's Nicoise-style salad and lamb stew with tomatoes, and added a glass of red lunch wine. The Nicoise-style salad had a colorful combination of ingredients and was very delicious. I would have been happier if it had some shaped anchovies in it. It came with bread, so I made it into a bread bagna and ate it, which was also good. As soon as I put the lamb in tomato sauce into my mouth, the aroma of thyme hit me, and the meat was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious without any smell. I also liked that there were three types of vegetables with different characteristics. I ate a lot, but I think the restaurant's concept of mainly appetizers makes it more appealing to women.
