It's a short walk from the ticket gate at Akabane Station, so it seems like it's always crowded. However, since I visited around 11:30 today, I was guided right away. I ordered the lunch set of ``Maika, perilla and seaweed''. I had a choice of Hakata mentaiko or cod roe, so I chose mentaiko. It's a lunch set, so it's 1,100 yen including salad and drink. It's affordable. You can choose between salad or soup. The salad dressing was sweet and delicious without being too sour. The pasta had a chewy texture, the mentaiko was spicy and tender, and I thought the shiso leaves and seaweed had a nice flavor. There were two staff members in the kitchen and five staff members in the hall, but they all worked so briskly that it felt good. By the time I left, there were already 4 groups waiting. I would like to try a different pasta someday.

Anyway, one word that the sisters felt good. It was cold near the entrance, but they prepared a throw, and even if I made a mistake in my order, I didn't feel bad at all after that. It was a satisfying time at the level of wanting to throw money to the ladies. It goes without saying that Donna's rice was delicious in the first place. I want this store to survive.

I have used it many times. I've only ever ordered pasta with extremely delicious meat sauce, but it's very delicious. I often order it with smoked salmon. It's really helpful that the customer service is so kind and polite that you wouldn't think it's a family restaurant. If you arrive wearing white clothes, the staff will ask if you would like to use an apron, and the staff will often pour you water! Moreover, I feel that not only some store staff but everyone has this awareness. Even the store staff I don't know come to visit me at various times and provide great service! Everyone's kindness helps me, especially when I'm tired or feeling down. It's a store that makes you feel relieved when you go there. I am always grateful for your help. I will continue to use it! ︎
