KOKUSHO is an Italian restaurant in Kiyosumi Shirakawa. It's delicious and I go there almost every month. I'm always impressed by the gentle flavors of the dishes, which make use of seasonal ingredients. The wine that goes well with the food is also nice 🍷

Italian food has long been popular among friends in the Fukagawa area as delicious. Located in a residential area next to the home improvement store ``Konan,'' the shop is not formal, but it is a genuine ristorante with an elegant white-based exterior. On this day, I did not order a course meal, but ordered a la carte after consulting with the staff. In addition to the food, they even split the wine for two! First of all, the aperitif spumante...light but full-bodied deliciousness! And 3 appetizers...I'm already impressed with the deliciousness! We recommend two types of red wine: a refreshing and fruity one to start with, and a full-bodied, full-bodied wine to go with the main course. The main dish was the chef's recommended stewed beef tail. This is truly melt-in-your-mouth...a really deep flavor! At the end, we had coffee and dolce, but the tiramisu was also delicious! The appetizers, main dishes, drinks, and desserts were so delicious that we thoroughly enjoyed them♫ This is a famous restaurant that I would definitely recommend to everyone!
