I am not an office worker and have never been here for lunch so I can't speak to that but I have been to this place multiple times for dinner and it is top-notch! Anyone who does not give this 4 or 5 stars does not understand/appreciate Italian food (albeit with an occasional and deft washoku twist). This place would put many "name" Italian places in trendier areas (i.e. West Tokyo) to shame - better food and wine at half the price. Be advised: this is a one-man operation so dishes do not fly out of the kitchen so do what the Italians do - get a bottle of wine to start (we usually start with Zibibbo and get more serious from there) and RELAX. I have eaten / drank almost everything on the menu (changes seasonally) and have never been disappointed - dishes range in style from straight-up Italian to Japanese-Italian and the wines are hand-picked by the owner and run the gamut of Italy's 20 wine regions so there is something to fit every dish. I almost don't want to give this place away but most tourists don't find themselves in the shitamachi area of Tokyo very often and the menu is all in Japanese so there's that. I would work at this place just to be able to eat for free - if there was outside seating I would give this place 6 stars and/or move in.....

I had the zucchini and whitebait omelet, the cod and potato soup (with bread), and the pomodoro. You can enjoy solid Italian food at reasonable prices. The pomodoro tomato sauce was especially delicious with lots of sweetness from the tomatoes. The bill was about 3,300 yen for 3 dishes and 2 glasses of wine. It's delicious and cost-effective. I would definitely like to go again.

I thought the appetizers were average, but the noodles were really delicious! I'm very satisfied with the set.
