I was able to order the kids special diet for “wheat allergy “ to obtain a gluten free meal here. (I had previously heard of others doing this, since this particular meal doesn’t also contain gluten.). I had no ill-effects, and it was the best meal I had in the park. I would recommend ordering two as it’s definitely a kid-sized meal. My husband and daughter both had carbonara, which was okay, but nothing special. He loved the roast beef salad and tiramisu.

Ordered the special set for 36000 yen. It was worth it. Ordered the cocktail seperately. Didn’t manage to get the priorty queue so waited for 45 mins.

This is the only restaurant as of 2023 March that has any vegetarian meal. The only other thing for vegetarians to do is to wander around the park and eat french fries or other side items. And be careful because the salad dressings all contain some sort of animal-based protein in them. You should do better, Disney. There are no meals for vegans.
