Spanish themed restaurant with good food but little selections

TL;DR: 5 stars for the beer. A great place to have an excellent micro-brew at a reasonable price. The Ikspiari brewery, named "Harvest moon," sells their beer here. Considering the high quality of the beer, the price is decent(800 yen/pint as of 2014/09/29 ). Although I've never ordered anything but beer, their drink menu has a good variety. They also have a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails. The food is pretty good, a step above your average Tokyo "Spain bar." But since it is a tapas bar the plates tend to be small and the prices on the high side.

The first drink is quick and above all the food is delicious. The atmosphere is bright and fun, and there is a moderate amount of excitement that is unique to a bar. The wine was also a reasonable number, so it was easy to choose and it was delicious! I think it's good to have a child because the seats are wide!
