It's a restaurant that does gibier cuisine, which is quite rare. This store is not an easy store to go to. Weekdays are nice, but weekends are always fully booked. I made a reservation about two months in advance to go on a weekend. The boys and girls who will be the store clerks look cute and kind. They taught me Japanese words that I didn't understand and prepared memos for me. I learned a lot. There are two types of full-course lunch, about 5000 yen and about 7500 yen. the amount of them is different. And if you reserve a seat in front of the window, it costs 500 yen. The scenery is good, but again, compared to the uploaded photos, it is more beautiful at night. However, the price of the evening course is almost double that of the lunch course. Each time a new dish is served, we ask that new tableware be prepared in advance according to the way of eating. You can tell what it is by looking at the name of the dish. As a side note, the gibier pâté route contains minced meat such as deer, wild boar, duck, foie gras, gamefowl, and pork. The chestnut colored ones scattered around are gibier jelly, and the sauce is berry sauce. Berries are cranberries, I don't remember well. Bear meat has a lot of protein, so the texture is similar to beef loin, but the taste is special. The sweet potato mille-feuille gratin is highly rated. As for how to make it, slice the sweet potato into thin slices about 1 mm thick and stack them. There is something like cream in between each one. Finally cut into squares. You can clearly feel that the food is made with care. I remember the bread being pistachio and walnut bread. It tastes great, but it's fried and oily. I do not like it. Brut is the best champagne I have ever tasted. By the way, it's carbonated.
