The hamburger steak with Japanese demi-glace sauce is super tender and delicious. This is the softest hamburger steak I've had yet. Their homemade bread was really good as well. This restaurant is highly recommended.

I was really happy to find this restaurant  accidentally and it was a very nice surprise. The food and the environment makes the guests feel spoiled with all the pleasures of dining, but looking closer, the food is healthy, well balanced, and exceptionally creative. They offer different types of hamburger steaks without flour and with lots of onions, sweets without processed white sugar, cakes without wheat and they have good selection of wines including wine from the smallest winery in the world recorded in the Guinness book, or from the only winery run by christian monastery in Japan with wine made from wild grapes form the mountains. The owner was in the shop and he was funny and very entertaining but he also treated his staff very nicely offering them small snacks and talking to them in a very friendly way, so it felt very nice to be there. It seems multiple TV stations or YouTubers visited this shop already and no wonder. It's probably better to make a reservation because it may be difficult to get in,  and the shop closes at 5pm and treats guests only with reservation after.
