It was an impressive dinner, starting with the homemade mortadella and ending with the bistecca. Even though pigs cannot be imported from Italy, the mortadella was made by hand. If you pay attention to it, it's really delicious! It's more flavorful than the authentic pink one, and you'll definitely need a refill. It’s a paradise for me who wants to try a variety of the next appetizer platter ♥ Trippa and Lampredot make you want to sandwich them between breads, the caponata has a strong flavor, and the scallops have a good amount of acidity, which goes perfectly with the acidity of Chianti Montalbano. The seafood tagliatelle also combines the chewiness of the pasta with the flavor of the sea so well that you'll want to soak up the juices on a pillow! The scampi is also plump and the best! At the end, in front of the T-bone that stood like a tower, the beautiful pink meat was thoroughly absorbed with salt + Pepe + oil, and the meat was scraped off the bones, and at the end, espresso was poured in a cute cup and Finito! Wow, it's been a while since I ate it! I don't drink foam or white, but I don't mind the absence of red in Tuscan cuisine as long as I drink it well. We had dinner to celebrate my wife's re-employment. It's located on the second floor of a simple building that makes it difficult to find the entrance, but it's a famous restaurant that appears in Michelin every year. It's like a feeling of satisfaction (*´∀`)♪ Both pasta and dolce were delicious. An appetizer plate for 3 people, 2 pasta dishes to share, 2 items such as dolce and panacotta, and a San Pellegrino drink for just under 5,000 yen per person. We were very happy as a family. There is no parking lot, but there are many coin parking lots nearby, so it was not a problem. Probably about 600 yen per hour is the market price for coin parking.
