The vibes are immaculate. The food is insanely good. I got the Mozerella Hamburg with cream mustard sauce. It comes with an onsen egg, so good. I also got lunch set A, which is about ¥470 more at the time of writing. The salad has crispy onion on the top. It was my first taste of this place and it was already pretty good. Not mind blowing, but definitely very good. After that was a soup, which had a complex flavor. It was good, I am certain my friend would go crazy over it. After that was the main number, the show stopper. I was sat at the counter so I was able to watch it get made. The Mozzarella hamburger with cream mustard sauce. It was amazing. Hands down blow your mind fantastic. Each bite, I could help but shut my eyes and focus on the flavor. I might have looked silly, as the music washed over me, the clanging of the pots and the sizzling of the grill accompanied the decadent, creamy, vaguely sharp flavor of the dish. The mozzarella spilled sluggishly out of the center when the Hamburg was cut. Every bite was unbelievable. I ate everything on the plate, spooned up all the sauce. And have starred this place to come back to. It was absolutely worth the wait. When I got here, the place was packed, so I had to wait outside with three others. It was a hot day and I was drenched in sweat. I had wondered if I should go elsewhere, if it was worth it. It was. Absolutely worth it.

Black pepper Hamburg with Citrus sauce is worth try. This place is definitely focussed on what they do, prepare and serve. The food quality is extremely good and preparation process by chef is a good takeaway.

8 minutes from Kinshicho station. I got there about 30 minutes before opening and there was no one in line. I got a counter seat. The capacity is 2 people, and I think that 2 people are amazing with this number of seats. Ordered pancetta hamburger 1600 yen. It comes with pickled radish, cold pumpkin soup, and rice with brown rice. Delivery time is about 30 minutes after ordering. I ordered the white mustard sauce. The meat quality of the hamburger is quite moist and the heating is just right and it is a beautiful pink color. It went well with the mustard sauce and was delicious until the end. Plain hamburger is 1200 yen, so I think cost performance is good. I understand why it's a popular restaurant. I wanted to call it when there were only two people, but I thought it would be difficult to call.
