It has a nice pre-80's feel to it. When I chose bread with my steak, it was white bread (lol) It had a Showa feel (ΦωΦ)

I received 300g of domestic beef sirloin steak (medium rare). Perhaps due to its age, Wagyu beef's fat is tough, but this sirloin, which had a lean taste, went well. It was pounded before grilling, and although it wasn't greasy, it was soft and delicious. I'm also concerned about the fillet, but I was satisfied with the sirloin. The sauce and garlic came separately, and the meat was sprinkled with salt so it was delicious as is. It also came with lemon and butter, which was a great way to enjoy different flavors without getting bored. Satisfied with rice and soup!
