Tama, Tokyo, Japan｜Canadian Coffee Shop

This coffee shop has been here since 1979 when there were very few houses and roads around it. The decor is more European than Canadian and the vibe is closer to some old cafes found in Tokyo downtown. It’s definitely not Tim Horton despite the name. Very relaxing to sit either at their table or the counter. No WiFi so take your book or friend with you to enjoy an analog moment away from your home office.

I ordered an iced cafe au lait and they brought me well chilled milk instead of a small portion of milk

A classic establishment. Coffee and cake here is so good! Really nice selection of regional coffees, brewed with great care. We come here every time we visit Japan.
