More Comments at Google MapOne of the best coffee I had in Japan. It is not surprising if you consider the owner, Mikami-san, got second place in Japan Aeropress Championship. Beautiful and cosy shop, friendly and talented barista, 1 hour travel only for that coffee was definitely worth.
A rare special coffee shop that sells infused coffee ``Morning roast specialty shop'' that serves ``good coffee'' in a light roast. In short, it was a coffee shop that would appeal to people who don't like sour coffee! This is a shop that sells products (infused coffee) that are made by steeping raw beans in spirits such as rum and then roasting them. Unlike barrel-aged beans (where the beans are placed in a barrel containing whiskey to give them a flavor), it had a strong aroma. It had a very sweet smell of alcohol. I thought this shop's other beans also had a very sweet aroma. The degree of roasting is quite light. I received Kenyan SL28 and SL34 Kenyan style drip drinks. The aroma when brewed is strong and sweet, similar to milk chocolate. And above all, it has a strong acidity! It was the first time it was this intense! It has a sour taste similar to grapefruit and pine juice, but it wasn't unpleasant, and I could drink it straight away and it had a great refreshing feeling in my mouth! The aftertaste had a faint bitterness and a coffee-like aroma, and I felt like my head was going to go crazy with the sweet aroma and extremely sour taste of coffee! There was also an espresso menu with morning roasted beans! The crema is carefully removed before serving. Highly recommended for those who like roasting in the morning! I think it's tough for people who are serious about coffee, but it's good coffee, so if you're interested, you can give it a try.
A coffee roaster and cafe located behind Hamagin, just south of Shin-Yurigaoka Station and across the first traffic light. The store has a clean, white interior with a large Fuji Royal roasting machine at the entrance. The layout is such that there is a large table for 6 people in the back, 1 group for 4 people in front, and 2 groups for 2 people. The beans served are freshly roasted by skilled craftsmanship, resulting in a finish that allows you to feel the individuality of each coffee. Most of the coffee is light roasted, so-called third type single coffee, but there is also an espresso menu. We also have infused coffee soaked in bourbon and scotch, which I think can be enjoyed by a variety of people. The pastries are somewhat modest, with cookies and other items, and the main focus is coffee. This time, I had the Colombian COE Cup, El Mirador Natural, with a wave extraction. This cup has a sweet aroma that changes from strong strawberry to melon, making you feel special from the beginning. Tortoise candy in fresh red wine acid? It has a unique sweetness like hardened honey. (This is my personal opinion) The aftertaste is similar to that of red wine, so it has a nice sharpness and a slightly astringent acidity. However, since it is sweet, it disappears without any unpleasant taste. Normally, the scent subsides as it cools down, but it is a COE class product that has a strong scent that lasts forever. I think this is a valuable roaster store around Shin-Yurigaoka, selling a variety of single beans. If you want to get a little particular about coffee, please come.
