A great place to stop in for coffee, cold drinks, dessert or a meal if you're in the area of the Kawasaki Nihon Minka-en to see their fabulous collection of old houses, have come to wide kids park to let your own run free, or are here for the Okamoto Taro Art Museum. Inexpensive, attentive wait staff, and plenty of seats inside and out to enjoy the view of the Forest God sculpture, pool with waterfall, and surrounding trees and wild birds.

Really nice and polite staff! The food was very tasty already, but the service made it even more delicious. The cafe is cosy inside, with a nice view on the outside. I will definitely stop by again!

I didn't have high expectations since it was attached to a museum, but the porcini spaghetti and the rum raisin ice cream on the pancakes were delicious. The basil pasta and pancakes I ordered additionally were average. It's a quiet cafe with Taro Okamoto's paintings on display. Water self. Calm customer service. At the time of payment, the staff said that they were sorry that it was expensive, but the price was reasonable for sightseeing. (I would have ordered more if it were cheaper) It's a little tricky to go there for dinner because it's a long distance from the parking lot (there are stairs), but I think it's a good idea if it's after the museum. There weren't any good value Italian restaurants with parking in the area.
