More Comments at Google MapIt is a hidden gem on a back alley near the station and just around corner from the crowded pedestrian street. Perfect place for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a book. Dimly lit old fashioned interior in French style, smooth classic music, no smoking place. There’s two sorts of home blend - dark roast with full body and smoky aroma (with I ordered) and more light type. Coffee is already brewed and is kept in a kettle, warmed up on gas heater before serving. Although there is a variety of coffee drinks and some soft drinks (my wife ordered a glass of ginger soda which she liked) Good place if you want to spend some time in a relaxing ambience.
I was surprised because I had no idea that such a wonderful little-known coffee shop existed! The interior of the store has a calm atmosphere, and the chairs are retro and stylish. I usually get coffee at Starbucks, so I can't drink it unless it's sweet, but the "Viennese coffee" I ordered here had fresh cream? It's a coffee with cinnamon, and it has a bit of bitterness, but it's so easy to drink that I could drink it without adding sugar! The delicious coffee goes perfectly with the chiffon cake platter I ordered together! It was so delicious that I wanted to buy some coffee beans to take home if I had them, but it seems they no longer sell them... which was a shame. You can enjoy coffee while reading a book at the nice counter seats with a Showa-era atmosphere, so even if you are alone you can relax (*´∀`*)
I received a ``assorted cake'' and ``wiener coffee.'' Assortment of black tea chiffon cake, gateau chocolate, and apple cinnamon pound cake. Pound cake has a lot of cinnamon and is my favorite. Wiener coffee has a creamy sweetness, but the amount is modest. An exquisite balance that allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of coffee. A valuable old-fashioned coffee shop near Tokorozawa Station, where major cafes are crowded. It's quite spacious and has counter seats. It's a narrow alley located a short walk from the station along Prope Avenue and past Burger King.
