It’s a beautiful tea house in the traditional Japanese garden. So calming and quiet, with nice view of the garden.

I visited the airport to take a break. You can relax and drink tea while looking out at the Japanese garden. The menu includes matcha, sencha, iced coffee, and other Japanese sweets sets, as well as floats. Japanese sweets can be changed to ice cream, drinks are also available, and the overall price is low. I think it's a great place to take a break inside the park, but the number of seats is limited, so depending on the season, you might want to sit in the garden.

This is my favorite tea room that I stop by every time I come to the air park for a walk. In a glass-enclosed tea room overlooking the Japanese garden, each table seats two people to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, allowing you to enjoy a quiet and relaxing cup of tea. You can sit outside on the verandah and take a breather while looking out at the pond in the garden, making it a pleasant experience in spring and autumn. The main menu is a set of Sayama tea (matcha and sencha) and fresh sweets, and you can get it for just one coin, so it's a good value even when you include the venue fee. It's getting hot today, so I had some cold matcha, but the matcha float looks delicious too. The fresh sweets you can choose from change depending on the season, and there are also limited-time menus, so you can enjoy this tea room all year round, including the Japanese garden.
