Tokorozawa, Saitama, Japan｜Tsubakiyakafe Tokorozawaekimaeten

Right in front of Tokorozawa station. At the top of the spiral staircase is a coffee shop with an old-fashioned atmosphere. The female clerk's uniform looks like a traditional maid and is very cute. The menu changes with the seasons, both food and desserts, and always looks delicious. Among them, I ordered the Tokorozawa meat sauce (I forget the exact name), which seems to be a standard menu item that never changes, but it was a simple meat sauce from a coffee shop! I was so relieved. A half-sized tea chiffon cake is included in the food menu, so I always had it with me when I ate. It was so delicious that even now that I've moved away from Tokorozawa, I still want to make time to go eat there again.

The pasta is delicious. The plates and cups are made from Royal Copenhagen and have a luxurious feel, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and nice.

I've been wanting to go for a long time and finally made it! The coffee is so good, I drank it black. I ordered a camellia blend. I thought the cups were smaller than other coffee shops. So, it was delicious and not enough, so I felt unsatisfactory (^ o ^) But I wondered if it was the amount that would make me want to wear it again. I ordered a seasonal apple parfait. The raw apples were not sour and were cut into large pieces, so it was filling! There was also a small square apple boiled in sweet sugar, and it melted with the ice cream of the parfait. Next time, let's try anmitsu... I can still eat it, but I will keep it for the next time 🍀
