Tokorozawa, Saitama, Japan｜MITARU COFFEE

This is a build recently spacious cafe, with a stylish interior, which is light and sleek, offering you a good rest with a cup of coffee (and there is a variety of food). Mellow jazz is good for relaxing, and there is a terrace for those who prefer fresh air. There is decaf as well. The coffee is not brewed in front of you like pour-over, though. So, for me it lacks an individual character a little bit and is pretty simple, so don’t expect too much from the drink. Nevertheless, it is a really good place that worth to give it a try.

I thought that there were only stylish shops on this street, so much so that I called it the Daikanyama of Tokorozawa, but when I entered this street, I unexpectedly found that there were even more stylish shops like Daikanyama. There is...!! This is MITARU COFFEE, which opened at the end of November 2020. A modern, stylish cafe that makes you want to pop in if you're passing by. The warm atmosphere made of wood was also nice. After actually entering, I was surprised by the sense of freedom and the number of seats! Not only coffee-based items, but also alcohol, cakes, and even potato-based items! This is the perfect place to relax and talk! I recommend it because it doesn't feel overwhelming in a good way. lol

It's a new stylish cafe. The shop is fairly large, with high ceilings and a good atmosphere for young people. I had a European-style curry for lunch, and it was very delicious with a large volume and plenty of side dishes. I think it's the best cost performance in the hood. Tandoori chicken salad is also Morimori.
