Niiza, Saitama, Japan｜Kondo Coffee Stand

Great drip coffee. This place is in the ground floor of an apartment block but once you are inside you are in a different world. The barista was placed second in Japan for his drip coffee and it is really really good. We would have appreciated a glass of water too with the 600 Yen hand drip coffee but once we tasted the coffee any negatives disappeared. Would go again if in the area. This isn't a coffee bean roaster and doesn't sell beans but the barista obviously spends the extra time this allows perfecting his coffee.

I stopped by while taking a walk to Niiza Station on the way home from a movie. I had Ecuadorian siphon coffee and pudding. It was fruity and delicious, so I want to stop by again.
