Easily my favourite coffee company in Japan. If you enjoy clean, vibrant Nordic-style coffees, this is the place to go. Love the furniture, vibes and consistently good coffees across their stores in Tokyo, but leaving a review here for the friendly lady barista who attended to us!

Originally from Oslo, they have 3 cafes in Tokyo, 1 in Fukuoka and this is the only one with roasters! I think their cold brew is the best in Japan, AA Kenya is a must try if you love light roast coffee with fruity taste. Also hand drip hot coffee and daily batch brews are amazing too!

This Fuglen is in such a great location! We ride the cycling trail alongside the Tama River frequently, so this is a great pit stop for coffee and snacks just off the trail. We chose to sit outside, but there is both indoor and outdoor seating. The coffee, as always, was delicious! We tried the shakerato for the first time, which was great since it was pretty warm. They offer oat milk in case that is your milk of choice—it’s mine! The baked items are fresh and tasty as well. The cardamom bun is my favorite.
