Dracula’s Lair is possibly the best way to describe this wondrous place. Red velvet seats, smell of dried flowers, classical music, a sculpture of who I imagine is one of Dracula’s wives. It’s one of the most interesting cafes in Tokyo.

Great café, and a really interesting one. The whole place has a classic vibe, with kind of Baroque furniture and decoration, with statues and paintings. They play classical music at a somewhat loud volume at times, making the experience of being there something unique (your conversations seem more intense with that music). Perfect for reading or writing. I tried their café au lait for ¥550 and it was delicious. Friendly staff wearing old-style clothing. Really recommended.
