Setagaya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Nikkiya Tsukihi

Coffee was good, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming of travelers to the area. The attached bookstore is small with a cool curation of books. Most of them were in Japanese only but I was able to find a bilingual zine of poetry and illustrations (called Girl, You Made Me a Poet--recommended if it's still in stock). The surrounding business park was also nice and seemed to host community events often.

Mikki is the best. She gave me some great recommendations for Kyoto :) hopefully see her in Peckham sometime soon.
