▪️Store name [The Living] ▪️Evaluation Tabelog 3.65 Tour of 100 famous Tabelog cafes. This shop is famous for its extra-large parfaits for 4 people, but I learned that they also sell parfaits for one person, so I made a reservation to visit! (Reservations are required for limited parfaits and sweets, and can be made through The Living's Facebook messenger) I visited after 12:30. ✂︎┈┈┈┈┈┈What I ordered┈┈┈┈┈┈ ☑︎ Pudding Parfait @ 2200 ☑︎ Ice tea @ 400 ✂︎┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ The interior of the store is a room in an apartment that has been converted into a cafe, but the interior gives it a luxurious feel. There are partitions between the tables to create a private space. The pudding parfait was served in about 8 minutes. It's hard to tell just by looking at the photo, but the pudding itself is a jumbo size. A total of 5 large strawberries are used around it, and vanilla ice cream is hidden under the pudding. The pudding is made with eggs from Hinai chicken, one of Japan's top three local chickens, and is smooth and creamy, with a beautiful egg flavor that remains. The strawberries used are Benihoppe from Shizuoka. (This is the last one as the season is over) Despite its large size, it is not watery and has a firm filling with a juicy pulp that is delicious. Rich sweet whipped cream under the pudding Beneath that is vanilla ice cream with a rich and sweet taste. At the bottom, there's something like finely crushed pie dough that adds texture. The owner was a very cheerful person who served each customer attentively, and explained various aspects of the parfait when serving it. Other than that, there was a woman who had the personality of a leader, and two other young staff members, and the young staff members were working while receiving guidance. A parfait of 2,200 yen may seem expensive, but as you can see from the iced tea's 400 yen price, the base price is not high at all, so if you think of the parfait as a product that costs that much, I think it's okay. (It's more expensive at other stores for the same quality and size) We had a wonderful time eating delicious parfaits. I would like to come back again to try a different menu! Thank you for the meal!
