We had the afternoon tea. The food was decent enough. The lounge was comfortable and the view of the garden outside was amazing. Despite the artificial waterfall outside, it was well insulated that no waterfall sound could be heard in the lounge.

Cozy and spacious. Ambiance is out of this world. It’s bringing the outside to inside. The waterfalls while having a coffee is so relaxing. The cake and matcha float are both to die for. Bit pricey but it’s worth it if only for the chill vibe. The staff are very friendly and polite too. They even have basket where you can put your bag and other belongings. Faultless

Great view of waterfall and nice services. They have couples taking wedding photos around the hotel all the time. It's so pupular and crowded all the time also. Hotel has shuttle bus to/from Meguro stn. We love it!
