Setagaya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Café Voleur de Fleur Shimokitazawa

Very old school Vietnamese(?) Café in the middle of Shimokitazawa. Feels like being thrown back in time. The coffee is also very classic with strong darker roasts. Smoking is allowed. The prices are a bit high but we felt that it was worth it.

The drinks and cakes are simple, but very high quality. The style of the shop is olden days France and the atmosphere is very cozy. On the whole floor smoking is allowed (August 2021). English menu is available shoud you need one. I’ll definitely come back.

It can be a bit expensive for a coffee, but it's some very tasty coffee, the atmosphere is nice and quiet. You will be able to relax plenty. Also it's open until quite late so it can be very handy. One of my favourite places when I'm in a need of me-time.
