Very cute and OPEN EARLY! The indoors is very small, but you can get your drink to stay. The interior does have AC so in the middle of summer it was very nice to sit inside and sip our coffee.

Delicious coffee and tasty sandwiches. The one with roast beef is delicious and there is lots of meat in it. Very good value for the money. The time limited tapioca chiffon cake sandwich was also very good. The cake it self was super fluffy and moist. We will come again for sure.
