The shaved ice is great because you can compare the flavors of fall grapes (^^) I was so happy to be able to eat so many fresh grapes! (^^) Since we use vanilla cream bean paste and espuma bean paste, the result is a Japanese-style shaved ice that is very elegant! ! ◇Japanese chestnut and Japanese black tea blend tea ~composition~ Blend tea of Shizuoka Japanese black tea, rose and apple Boiled Japanese chestnut astringent skin Japanese chestnut paste Bean paste red currant espuma Hattai powder I had a bite 🥄 The scent of Japanese black tea, apples, and roses was soft and delicious~(^^) The main feature of the store is a face-to-face counter, so you can enjoy the experience while watching the shaved ice being shaved! It's fun to watch smooth shaved ice being carved and decorated (^^) It's autumn, but for those who still want to eat shaved ice, this Japanese cafe is recommended ⭐︎ I’m also really curious about Misopi and Amazake Hebesu! ! ! It's still hot out there, so this is a restaurant I definitely want to visit in the future (^^)
There is a lot of competition for summer reservations, and tickets are sold out by the time the reservations open at 8:00. On the Saturday and Sunday I visited in September, it wasn't that crowded, and I was able to get in by noon. When it was almost our turn, we lined up in several groups in front of the restaurant, selected our menu, and entered the restaurant shortly after. It was served to me after waiting in the store for about 10 minutes. The two of us entered the store and ordered grape and pear shaved ice. Since it's being made right in front of you, you can see the process, but there's also the process of pressing it down, adding syrup, adding fruit, and even adding ice. When I ate it, it was so fluffy that I couldn't believe it had been pressed down, and the texture was very good. Both had a lot of fruit and were very voluminous, so I couldn't finish them all before they melted, so I ended up with a little left over. The cream bean paste was also very delicious, and I was very satisfied with both the taste and quantity. I would like to visit again next year on a hot day.
2023.9 ◇Peach and jasmine apricot I made a reservation around 11:30 and got a seat in the 60s. I arrived at the store within 6pm around 2:30pm and waited for about 40 minutes. I was curious about ``Mottettarashashi,'' but was it sold out or was the season over? It wasn't on the menu 😢 It was fun to sit at the counter and watch the process of making shaved ice. I chose matcha for the drink. I was grateful that there was a lot of it 🍵 I wanted to enjoy the taste of matcha, but I ate the shaved ice first and the tip of my tongue got cold and I couldn't taste the matcha.
