I love this place. I could've sat here all day. The staff (I feel they could've been the owners) were lovely and the coffee was really quite amazing. The prices varied. I bought one coffee for ¥470 and one for ¥1200 and it was worth it. This is not a cafe like Starbucks, this is an authentic old style cafe where they care about how the coffee is made.

[Cafe Chaboru-san] In short, it was really good. I entered the restaurant around 12:30 on a Saturday, but the terrace was full and there was only one seat left inside. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, but smoking inside is prohibited. It has the atmosphere of a good old coffee shop, and you can see that the coffee is carefully brewed by a master-like man. The croissants in the lunch set were extremely soft and delicious. The tea is also delicious. Next time, I would like to try other menu items. As others have written, smoking is allowed on the outside terrace. Because the door was open in this day and age, I could sometimes smell the smell of cigarettes even when I was inside the store. You may have some likes or dislikes about that part (though I haven't experienced it that often).The inside of the restaurant isn't that big, and there are only about 5 tables, so I might not recommend it to people with sensitivities. Still, being able to enjoy this relaxing experience less than a minute from Yoyogi-Uehara Station is truly appealing. I plan to come again.
