This is the first custom roaster I've ever been to. First you pick the green coffee beans, then choose the darkness of the coffee. You then wait for 15-30 minutes, depending on how busy they are and how you want your coffee roasted. My Kenyan AA medium-light roast came out perfectly! They also serve great coffee and Japanese Curry, so you can enjoy these while you wait for your coffee to be roasted.

They make a great latte. The shop is interesting. It looks like it hasn't changed in 30 years.

Excellent coffee, espresso and filter, high quality beans, roasted in store. The caffe latte or caramel latte are served in bowls. Very clean taste. Highly recommended.
