This is super fancy cafeteria!! I love here!! The interiors are super gorgeous!! All must be fascinated by the gorgeous stuffs!! I had an afternoon tea set!! That was perfect sweets and snacks!! Especially I was fascinated so delicious soup at first! Some finger mini foods and a bunch of sweets!! You can order drinks from a various menus!! They brought sweets cart so I had as much chocolates and gummys as I wanted!! The waiters were perfect, kind and friendly!! Great place to enjoy a great time!!

mont blanc pancake Single item ¥2750＋sc15% I received the new Mont Blanc pancakes that were offered from September 1st at the New York Lounge attached to the InterContinental Tokyo. The fluffy soufflé dough is made with hojicha mixed into it, so you can enjoy aromatic hojicha in just one piece. Astringent chestnuts are hidden on top of the fabric. There are three layers of cream to cover it. ① Plenty of custard cream that tastes like rum ②Rich chestnut paste with astringent skin ③A pancake that looks like a large chestnut because the dough is wrapped in sweet chestnut marron cream. The topping is 2 large pieces of boiled astringent skin. The top one is so big that you can't eat it in one bite. What looks like a stick is hojicha meringue, which is sweet and firm. On the side, vanilla ice cream wrapped in gyuhi and sprinkled with hojicha. I thought it would be hojicha ice cream, but it turned out to be vanilla ice cream. And in the cup that came with it was astringent chestnuts. Japanese chestnuts with the original taste of chestnuts Is this one of your recommended chestnut pancakes this year? It's a little expensive, but I think the atmosphere in the lounge and the taste are definitely worth it. It was a very satisfying dish. The pancakes were a marriage of Japanese chestnuts and Western chestnuts with roasted green tea and were very delicious.
