Located beneath the Hilton Toyko hotel (Hiltopia), this casual cafe offers early morning hours, breakfast specials, a welcoming staff and free WiFi! This is a frequent spot for commuting locals however English speaking guests (like myself) will feel at ease. For a quick bite, I recommend the croque-monsieur! For WiFi access ask the cashier and they will provide the password.

I went for lunch after 1pm on a weekday. Meat sauce spaghetti with hot coffee added was 1100 yen (tax included). Seats are separated into non-smoking and smoking areas. The food was served quickly and I was able to enjoy my meal slowly. It's a shame that Parmesan cheese and Tabasco were gone, but it was delicious. In addition to cash, various electronic payments are possible. I also have a stamp card, so I would like to visit you again.
