A lovely couple run this godsend of a restaurant. Besides the great lunch sets (potato and anchovy quiche set pictured), they also make the best scones I’ve had in Japan. I’d even be hard pressed to name many places back in Sydney to match them. Buttery rich with all the proper accoutrements. I.e. clotted cream and jam. I needed a private moment to enjoy them. The place is popular with the locals so call ahead of time if you want to book a table. Otherwise they pack all you need to enjoy scones at home if you choose to take away.

A little slice of Britain in Tokyo, great atmosphere, service and food for the price!

This lovely cafe is a must stop! I enjoyed the most scrumptious carrot cake there, it was so good that I bought another slice for later. It was beautifully fresh and the flavours were perfectly balanced. The icing was a buttery dream! There’s no feeling of rush so you can slowly enjoy your food. Incredible value, too. I do wish I lived a little closer by so I could come more often.
