This shop is definitely recommended for pudding lovers. I've always liked Brazilian and Spanish style flan, so a friend recommended this place to me. It was one of the top three traditional puddings I've eaten in Japan, and my friend and I couldn't help but groan. Each bite had a handmade feel, reminiscent of the Brazilian flan I used to eat in America. It's a pudding that you can taste. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was good, and I was able to have a happy dessert and coffee time after the meal. I want to go there every time I go to the Akabane area. The bittersweet caramel is also delicious. Ice milk coffee is cafe au lait. The menu is small and there is no tea, but I can drink cafe au lait. The pudding and coffee are reasonably priced at 800 yen, and the pudding is very well made.
