Toshima City, Tokyo, Japan｜カフェ＆バー バル・デル・グーフォ

This is a cafe and bar corner on the 1st floor of the Toshima Ward Civic Center. There are several terrace seats, and on warm days you can sit in the cafe next door while watching the displays. There aren't many seats inside or outside, but I think it's a very nice cafe as it's located right in the middle of Ikebukuro's cultural area. In fact, this building itself is for residents, so bicycles can be parked for free. Nowadays you can't even park your bicycle on the side of the road, so in that sense it's good. There are many wonderful shops in the building next door, and this area is becoming a sacred place for cafes.

I visited you on Saturday. There are empty seats and it's a hidden gem! I was told there was a 2 hour limit, but I think it would be morally wrong to stay too long in this space, so it's reasonable.

I stopped by for a snack and ordered a set of cream puffs. It comes with a filling cream puff, mini soft serve ice cream, and a drink for 520 yen. I felt it was a good deal ◎ Everything was delicious, but the soft serve ice cream was the best! I want to repeat! Also, the store staff is very nice and makes you feel comfortable ^ ^
