I visited for my 8yo. The doctors, nurses and staff are very helpful and polite. However, if you have good knowledge of Japanese, it is better. We didn't have any problems language wise though I think they provide an interpreter if needed is what I understood. They also have an expert doctor available. Ours was a regular check up because we needed a new pair of glasses. Very good experience overall.
