Plenty of coffee choices to choose from for roasting. Yaman, Tanzania, Malawi, Guatemala, Indonesia to name a few. While waiting for roasting (from 10-40mins) you can wander Yanaka Ginza. There are some roasted beans ready to buy as well and they also offer drinks. It's small so dont expect to sit down there to enjoy coffee or to wait.

Is this where it all started? I would definitely recommend friends who buy beans to check out Yanaka Coffee. The Yanaka outlet is a small shop. We sat on a small bench while we enjoyed the kohi!
