🍵Houjicha softserve carries intense tea with strong roasty aroma, deep astringent, yet no bitterness, sweetened by (more) houjicha syrup and azuki red bean paste, wrapped with a cocoa cone. This softserve is well constructed and yummy 👍🏻 🍵 After the softserve, I took a sip of their usucha, freshly grinded in the store. Even there’s lots of liquid, the tea flavour is still strong with smooth astringent, sweetness and umami.

I wanted to try both matcha and roasted tea, so I ordered the MIX parfait. I felt like I had gotten a good deal when they gave me a matcha-flavored Baumkuchen-like item and a chocolate candy for the sample. When I looked at the towel, it said that it was founded in 1860, and I was impressed that it was a long-established store with a long tradition. The service was good, and I was satisfied with the elegant sweetness of the sweets.
