The aroma of coffee fills the air, As you sip, you'll find it's beyond compare, The owner's a patisserie, all baked goods made by hand, You'll be amazed at the flavors, and taste so grand. Books and magazines, for your reading pleasure, And calming music to add to the leisure, It's a quiet, cozy space that's hard to find, With warm lighting and a heater in the center, so kind. Their specialty coffee is sure to impress, It's some of the best, I must confess, Knock Coffee is a gem, a rare find, Located in Koshigaya lake town, it's one of a kind. If you're in the area, do not pass by, It's worth the visit, give it a try, I highly recommend Knock Coffee, it's true, You'll be glad you stopped by, just like I do!

The coffee is great here. Barista is definitely a professional and he knows how to work with coffee. I got a perfectly made flat white (it's off the menu) and their cold brew is incredibly tasty too. My one issue with the place is it's working hours. Hard to find the time when it's open and when it's convenient for me to go there. 🤭 They also have sweets and breakfast on weekends. Sadly, I haven't get to try neither of that too.
