Mitaka, Tokyo, Japan｜Coffee-ya Shin Mitaka Kōbō

I really liked this coffee shop. I got an egg sandwich and a coffee flight. The coffee flight in mixed a light roast, medium roast, and dark roast coffee. They were all very good. The sandwich was simple and tasty. I loved the decor inside with all of the coffee beans.

Best place in Mitaka to grab coffee beans or a cup of coffee. Always went for the Dominica Cherry or Colombian single origin beans and enjoyed a cup of coffee in their space while waiting for the beans to roast. You can also call in ahead if you’re in a hurry or grab food (not sure if it’s always available but I really enjoyed their taco rice).
