It's a McDonald's. You know what to expect. The food is very much the same as everywhere else in the world (which is a good thing because the consistency is precisely what makes it such a safe choice), so it's no worse here than wherever you last visited a McDonald's. Beware that you don't use touchscreens to make an order here. Knowing a Japanese phrase or two might help with the order, but the product names are mostly international, so you shouldn't run into any significant issues. They take cards (and presumably cash too), there's plenty of seating, it doesn't seem to be too busy (unlike European counterparts), so feel free to give it a shot. The prices are almost exactly the same as in Europe, or sometimes slightly cheaper. As far as the regional options are concerned, I have no frame of reference, but they look fine to me.

Very crowded. a bit of a maze inside but food was consistent and fast service. ordered for 3people, so when it was time to pick up the food at the counter by myself, my friend was on her way but the staff thought I was by myself and was thoughtful enough to help me carry the second tray of food to our table.
