We booked the seats only for lunch, I went to eat lobster but it was so pricey I decided to just go for the lobster salad, medallions of steak fillet and burger. And two oolong teas. And that is 23000yen in total. In the lobster salad they have some chopped lobster which is enough for me. And I was surprised on how soft the steak was. The smoothest non fat (red meat)steak I ever eaten so far. Definitely worth the experience. But not sure if it is a good idea to be a regular in this restaurant as there are plenty of other nice choices in Tokyo.

Simple & Concise So perfectly rare and well-seasoned! I ordered the dry aged USDA Prime rib eye at 350 grams. I specifically requested RARE and to have it brought out with a classic Martini 🍸 with blue cheese stuffed olives at the same time🫒. Worth every yen! Wolfgang appeared on a food show years ago with a famous Korean food truck chef. Wolfgang taught how he made rib-eye and 🤩 wow. Superior customer service. Never been called Sir so many times in a single paragraph. They tied the apron on for me. Memorable experience. The martini was perfect with the fat from the rib-eye, while still refreshing and cleansing the palate.
