First of all, there's not a lot of places in Asia that have good beef, let alone good steaks, but here at Ribera's, it's done perfectly. It's a small little place with only about 10-12 seats at a small bar facing the cook/server/cashier (all done by one man) and he's amazing. He doesn't care how you like your steak. You just tell him which one you want and he makes it and for those of us that like our steaks a little medium rare, it is cooked to perfection. They're served on a sizzling hot plate with a side of corn and a pat of butter on top. You also get a salad on the side and they've got a bowl of their secret sauce that I think you're supposed to slather on your steak (or that's what I got from watching other diners). We each got a cup of water and if requested, a plate of rice. This is a no frills kinda place, which is part of the charm in my opinion. It was so good that my husband and our friend ordered a second steak each. We really came to Ribera's because of their popularity in the wrestling world but what we walked away with was a full belly, great customer service, and wonderful memories of the best steak in Asia. We will be back!!

This is the original Ribera Steak House. We were served by the original owner. It seats about 10 people TOTAL at a bar type setting. Steaks come out on hot plates with corn, a side plate of rice, and a bowl of salty steak sauce. Try the house red wine, it's tasty! For about $100US, we ate like royalty with the quality and deliciousness that is steak. Highly recommended. Enjoy!
