Shibuya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Burger PRINCE

I wanted to try the Fried Shrimp Croquette Burger with Caviar. The caviar is just the right amount for one person, and you can put it on the burger or taste it as it is. For 25 euros (current exchange rate) it is worth a try, there are VIP seats (partitioned by curtains) and I guess celebrities come here. The tables are cheap, the restroom is tiny and the stairs suddenly appear when you open the entrance door, making it a bit inconvenient. I guess it can’t be helped that it is on a back street in center of Tokyo. The staff is friendly, and even if you come alone, you will feel relaxed and enjoy your meal.

Best burgers ever, I stayed in Tokyo for almost 2 weeks and I ate here 3 times. Incredibly tasty appetisers too and the chef is not only talented but also very kind and friendly: my girlfriend is vegetarian and she was with me on the first and third time I ate there; the first time he pulled out a bunch of vegetables with some egg between 2 buns and it was very good but the 3rd time (knowing that she was coming) he specifically prepared a burger made of a mix of topinambur and an Asian kind of potato called Taro that was amazing. Totally recommended!!
