The pork over rice dish was divine. I absolutely loved it. It was sour and savory and so flavorful. Absolutely delicious.

Located in the very cool and trendy Setagaya district, this adorable grocery mart and restaurant hybrid is a must visit when you’re in the area. Great for lunch or a very casual dinner out, they offer vegetarian and pescatarian options as well as a menu in English. You can’t go wrong no matter what dish you choose, but the tofu noodle is delicious and comforting.

located on a newly built part of Shimokita, it has a lovely atmosphere! many interesting products and books. We had a great lunch here!
