This is probably the baseline as far as Japanese curry restaurants go. It’s a large chain restaurant. There are fancier places out there but this is a good place to start if you’re a foreigner wanting to try it out(think McDonald’s of Japanese Curry). This particular restaurant is cozy with more counter seats than tables. You might not want to being the whole tour group or second family with you. The staff is very energetic and tourist friendly. They have an English menu although there are slight differences between that and the Japanese menu. The Japanese menu has English anyways so I don’t see a point.

Excellent cuisine at budget friendly prices. Friendly service as expected. Food comes out quickly and you get your curry fix!
