You place your order via a vending machine (which has an English toggle) that you pay directly and prints meal vouchers, which means that you don't have to interact with anyone to order (very nice if you don't speak Japanese). You take a seat and a server will come by and take your vouchers. I ordered the salmon set, swapped the miso soup for clam soup, and ordered an extra omelet. Food arrived within 10m; was delicious (perhaps slightly bland, but that might actually be what they were going for)

Food was good as always.
