The specialty here is Geso-ten, or rather Geso-kakiage. There are a lot of red squid ingredients. Udon is soft noodles of Gudaguda, nothing to mention, Tsuyu is light but deep bonito, dried sardines. I've eaten a lot of Gesoten udon, but this and Kazuyoshi soba are the best. Due to the sudden rise in the purchase price of squid, there are many shops that have stopped selling geso-ten, but this one has survived with numerous price increases. I feel sorry for you, but I can't help it, and I look forward to your continued support. By the way, Kanshichi no Yorimichi also had Gesoten, but it has been removed from the menu. In a business where the most important thing is the balance between goods and prices, it is difficult to raise prices and handle geso. As a good store that is open from morning till night, I hope it will continue for a long time.

Gesoten is famous, but regular customers recommend the garland chrysanthemum soba. I have eaten around the station soba, but it is definitely the top level in the Kanto region. By the way, I've been transferred to Osaka now, but it's definitely not Kansai-style here. It's completely different.
