It was chewy and throaty enough to describe Sanuki udon😋 The tempura special was crispy and delicious as well as the udon noodles. Even in Kagawa Prefecture, where there are many authentic Sanuki udon restaurants, it's at a level that's competitive enough. One disappointing thing is that I forgot to put a knife in the quail egg. I had it dry. (People who don't like spicy food prefer mild.) The shop is on the street of the polka dot bridge line.
