This is the udon restaurant that I have been interested in for a long time! The tempura is always crispy inside the store, which is much larger than you can imagine from the outside! I'm also happy that you can choose the soup ⭐︎ I've only been there twice so far, but I want to eat various menus (^^)

I was very surprised to find "rockfish tempura" and "sawara tempura"! Rockfish is a fish with many fine bones, but there were no bones at all and it was delicious until the end! ! Considering the time and effort of the craftsmen, I think it's too cheap, but as a customer, I think it's a valuable shop because it's easy to eat! I will stop by again when I pass by for work! !

Kake small and Tenzaru medium ^ ^ Kake is half sweet and half dry, and the soup made with bonito is so delicious♪ (´ε｀ ) I wonder if the noodles are made in a pressure cooker, which makes them thick and chewy? Next is the Tenzaru Tempura, a deluxe version of freshly fried sweet potatoes, eggplant, shishito peppers, chikuwa, and 2x shrimp.The noodles are firm, so they have a good elasticity, and you can eat them as they are with a salty taste.The soup is sweet and spicy with a dashi feel, and is delicious♪ ( ´▽｀)This draw/(^o^)＼Both were definitely delicious.
