good! I received the Kyoto herring soba. The skin was so beautifully attached to the firm candied herring! I was able to enjoy the aroma of soba, probably due to the large amount of buckwheat flour. The eggplant tempura was also fluffy and delicious with the flavor of sesame oil. It was a delicious soba restaurant.

The price is reasonable, the soba is naturally delicious, and when I asked for a steamer, I was served tempura. Sobayu is a shop that I would like to visit again with a slightly thick feeling that I like.

This is a restaurant where you can eat really delicious soba. The customer service is polite and I like the calm atmosphere. Please note that payment is cash only! (I ran to the ATM once without cash ^^)
